Slip Screen
Four defenders chase the deep routes while the center slips out alone underneath. Tell your players: 'If everyone sprints deep like they mean it, C walks for ten.'
How to run it
- 1
C: snap, stand quiet for one full count, then slip to the right flat — patience is the disguise.

QB: look deep first like it's four verticals, then dump it to C at her numbers so she can run.

Receivers: your deep routes ARE the screen — sprint them for real; there's no blocking in this league, spacing is what springs C.

A slip screen has one designed target — C sneaking out after the defense turns and runs deep — so the QB sells the deep look, then delivers or throws it away.
